Our chaplains strive to nurture our company values of compassion, integrity, respect, perseverance and celebration, and help ensure they are reflected in the company culture. Mission Australia chaplains are a dedicated fully trained team of passionate individuals who come from a variety of Christian backgrounds. They reflect sound and accepted church teachings and work sensitively to respect other faith traditions as well as encompass the wide variety of Christian theological perspectives.
