This program provides transitional support for young people aged 14 to 25 who are currently in or have recently left Department for Child Protection (DCP) state care, and helps provide pathways to independence. Navig8 is based in the South West and reaches out to young people in the Great Southern Region.

Family Alcohol & Community Education (FACE)

FACE works with at-risk young people aged 10 to15 and a family member or carer living throughout the South West who misuse drugs and or alcohol. This early-intervention service aims to prevent at-risk young people (from families where there is alcohol and or drug misuse) from developing harmful habits.
