Bronte Child and Family Centre (NSW)

Situated at St Marys in Western Sydney, Bronte Child and Family Centre provides the following services:

St Marys/Penrith Family Day Care

Located in St Marys, this day care service provides high-quality child care for children aged six weeks to 12 years in the homes of registered carers Families contact the service directly and are matched to carers depending on their particular needs. The program is easily accessible for families in the Penrith Local Government area.

Play sessions are held three times a week at the Bronte Child and Family Centre, and are aimed at further developing the social, emotional and cognitive skills of the children while providing support and guidance for their carers.

Nepean Parenting Network

This service operates in the Penrith and Hawkesbury Local Government Areas. The project aims to work with families with children aged from newborn to nine years and provides parenting program such as:

• Young Parents programs for parents under 21 in St Marys, Penrith and the Hawkesbury
• Hawkesbury Young Parents Pregnancy Support Group
• Antenatal classes in the Hawkesbury
• 123 Magic and Triple P parenting programs
• Supported playgroups
• Groups and activities promoting early literacy

St Marys Community Hub

The Community Hub supports families in the St Marys area, providing activities in partnership with local public schools. Hub programs and activities aim to build links, networks and relationships that are accessible to families with young children.

The program works with families with children aged from birth to eight years, providing:  

• Community Engagement activities - events/activities aimed to engage and develop relationships with other families of young children
• Supported playgroups
• Parent support activities, including 123 Magic and Triple P Parenting programs

Mt Druitt Community Hub

The Community Hub services families in the Mt Druitt area, providing activities in partnership with local public schools. Hub programs and activities aim to build links, networks and relationships that are accessible to families with young children.
