Mission Australia’s Aged Care Division provides secure accommodation for elderly people who have experienced significant disadvantage and challenges, including homelessness.
We have developed an award-winning model of aged care – one that offers stable, safe and high-quality accommodation alongside tailored support to improve the health and wellbeing of residents.
Our residents have access to a range of medical, therapeutic and nursing services, as well as specialist services, including podiatry, optical, dental, physiotherapy, psychiatric and personal grooming support.
In addition, dietary plans created for residents often significantly improve their health and wellbeing.
Few of our residents have family or friends and many have complex behavioural issues.
Our social program takes these factors into account and provides regular activities to reduce isolation.
Our philosophy is based on respect, dignity and independence, and we endeavour to make our facilities as homely, safe and comfortable as possible. We offer a safe but non-restrictive environment and residents are free to come and go as they please.

Charles Chambers Court
Located in Sydney’s Surry Hills, this facility offers 60 fully furnished single en-suite rooms, informal lounge areas, a dining room, a nurses’ station, residents’ laundry and two courtyards.
NOTICE. THIS FACILITY DOES NOT HAVE A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING & ASSESSMENT REGULATION 2000. THIS REGULATION REQUIRES A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED IN THIS FACILITY BY 1 MARCH 2016.

Annie Green Court
This facility in Sydney’s Redfern provides 72 furnished single rooms with en-suites. Residents enjoy a homely space with communal areas, safe surrounds and open courtyards.
