Mission Australia Training Institute, in partnership with Amanda Dey of staff@events, will again be proudly providing hospitality recruitment opportunities to work for Spotless at South Australia’s finest food and beverage staff for the 2009 Clipsal 500 Adelaide. The event continues to smash records in ticket sales and will be expecting in excess of 290,000 local, interstate and international visitors, creating over 1,500 hospitality employment opportunities.
Work will be available for chefs, cooks, food and beverage attendants, retail bar and service staff, kitchen hands, stores and general hands including general, supervisory and management positions.
Staff will be providing extensive and unique food and beverage services to corporate guests and general public areas, earn in excess of $23.00 per hour*, and experience the Clipsal 500 in all its glory!

*Pay rate will vary depending on level of staff supervision required. Management rates are set in line with the award. Responsible Service of Alcohol and Occupational Hygiene Training will be made available free of charge to any new applicants who do not possess a certificate in these areas. Training is allocated and confirmed with successful applications only, providing it is a requirement of their rostered duties.

| Did you work at Clipsal in 2008? |
You will be contacted by Mission Australia and staff@events in early January 2009 via post. This will include an information sheet and an availability form to return to us. You will not be required to attend another interview session in 2009.
You will be asked to supply an updated resume (of no more than 3 pages) at this time. |
