Mission Australia and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) co-developed and launched the groundbreaking co-coaching initiative Elevate, in April 2005.

Elevate partners young people aged 15-19 from a diverse range of backgrounds with coaches from the corporate sector to help them develop their leadership potential, employability, self confidence and enterprise skills. These skills are invaluable for the young person as they move into future employment.

Elevate is part of a broader partnership between Mission Australia and PwC. Since 2002, Mission Australia has received ongoing support from PwC, including in-kind support, staff volunteers, business expertise, and their workplace giving program where PwC support Mission Australia’s youth services, Onkaparinga and SWYPE.
