 Day one: Luncheon and knowledge exchange.Monday over here started with an opportunity to meet some of the people (pictured) I will be visiting in my site visits over the rest of the week at the Citi Group Centre in the financial district of San Francisco’s CBD. It was a great opportunity for us all to talk about our respective programs and was a great start for me in thinking about how some of the core ideas of these innovative programs could be adapted to our Australian programs. I was really inspired by the passion these people had for their programs and the clients who access them, and I am excited about experiencing more of this passion first-hand when I visit the sites. It’s a great feeling that this study tour has now officially started after so many months of planning. A big thanks to Vicki from Citi for her warm welcome today and for all the work she has put into the organisation of my itinerary.
