Up to 2,000 people will attend the Christmas Day event at East Perth's Wellington Square Park. The day is designed to bring cheer to disadvantaged, isolated or homeless people who may not otherwise celebrate People from all walks of life who, for one reason or another, don't have friends or family to share the Christmas experience with, are welcome to come along. Each of our guests will receive a traditional Christmas lunch and get to enjoy fantastic entertainment and great company. They also will all receive a gift from Santa, which is why we need your help. If you’d like to brighten someone’s Christmas Day for someone who may not have had the best 2011, you can leave $20 gifts suitable for adult men or women at Bankwest's St Georges Terrace branch in Perth. You can also make a donation to the gift drive by downloading the donation form or go to the Christmas Lunch in the Park website for more information about this event. |
