Mission Australia supports innovate responses to aboriginal employment, such as aboriginal-specific employment services based on good practice principles and adaptable to specific needs and groups, increased aboriginal employment in resource economies in remote and rural Australia, the development of social enterprises and transitional labour market programs in regional and remote communities and public and private sector employment strategies to increase aboriginal employment quotas across all levels of government and the private sector.
