About our centre director, Jana Haynes:
Where did you come from?
I was born in South Korea and came to Australia when I was one year old. I have been in the child care industry for 11 years and during this time completed my Diploma and many other child related qualifications. I have been working for Mission Australia ELS since the start of their early learning journey into child care.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
To be a part of their crucial learning years and to come to the centre to watch our little children learn, develop and grow.
What do you feel is unique about your centre?
The centre environment, our staff, families and the children.
What is your own early years learning philosophy?
I believe all children should learn and develop at their own pace in a nurturing and stimulating environment. To give every learning opportunity and model the necessary tools for all children to grow with confidence and pride.
