Where did you come from?
My family is born and raised in Western Australia.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
I'm the luckiest woman in the world every morning when I wake up I wake up to two beautiful children Seth & Sian. They are all the reason in the world to get out of bed for every morning.
What do you feel is unique about your centre?
At our Centre majority of our staff have children that attend the centre. This helps to bring a sense of family & belonging, the staff and families share quite a close bond with one another.
What is your own early years learning philosophy?
I believe we have such a vital role in developing these children for the world around them. I believe we need to provide them with a safe, secure and nurturing environment so they can be allowed to learn and explore and develop strong values and beliefs. Through positive reinforcement, guidance and opportunity to learn we are able to provide them with a platform to grow even further. But most of all our centre needs to be a place the kids want to come everyday.
