Looking to work with an in-house Recruitment Team? Our newly created team has a mandate to source and qualify candidates for employment within Mission Australia. Joining our team as either: Candidate Developer: In this role you will work alongside hiring managers to devise candidate attraction plans and then implement those plans. You’ll have access to our advertising, employment branding and psychometric providers to develop tailored attraction & selection plans and then implement these. You’ll be supported by an internet researcher and a leading e-recruitment system. Working within a vibrant in-house team you’ll enjoy a collaborative environment and contribute to the development of a leading in-house talent acquisition offering. Internet Researcher: If you are the kind of person who loves technology and is savvy with on-line research tools we’d like to hear from you. In this role you’ll analyse where likely talent pools can be found, track down potential candidates and top up our candidate pipeline.
