Pathways to sustainable employment

Steady employment makes a tremendous difference to a person’s outlook on life and their ability to participate in and contribute to their community. At Mission Australia we believe that when someone is engaged in lasting and meaningful work, the positive impact is widespread.

For more than three decades this belief has driven us to help people discover pathways to sustainable employment, provide vocational guidance and link individuals with training opportunities and apprenticeships.

Importantly, we help people to overcome barriers that might prevent a job seeker from finding – and keeping – work.
