We’ll work with you to manage the barriers you face in getting a job. If you need training to develop new skills, we can help with that too. In fact, we’ll do everything we can to help you find a job! We’ll help you prepare a professional resume, help you with job search techniques and update you on local opportunities. Access to Employers With an extensive employer network, including some of Australia’s best known employers, Mission Australia Disability Employment Solutions can source quality jobs that match your capabilities and long term goals. We specialise in placing people in positions across many varied occupations and industries including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, construction, office administration, clerical, harvest and rural, to name just a few. We also have up to date information on Australian Apprenticeships. Tailored and Ongoing Support* We’ll assess your new employer, to make sure the work is suitable to your injury or condition. We’ll also provide ongoing support for up to six months, to help you to settle into the workplace. If you need it, we can also provide flexible ongoing support for longer periods. We can even provide information, support and training to your new employer and colleagues, to help them to adjust to your condition. Depending on your circumstances, we can also assist your employer to access additional support to help modify your workplace, or to introduce specialised technologies or services.
