As part of our Job Network services, Mission Australia can provide employment assistance for people with a disability. If you have a disability, we focus on your abilities to help you develop your skills and confidence to enter or re-enter the workforce. We can also provide both you and your new employer with ongoing support to help you settle into your new job. To register with Mission Australia, please contact your local Mission Australia Employment Services office on 13 11 24. We can provide: •   Specialised employment assistance •   Professional development assistance to help you build your confidence •   Training programs to upgrade your skills and abilities •   A match to a job that best suit your skills and abilities •   Information on the Workplace Modification Scheme •   Financial assistance so that you can purchase work uniforms •   Assistance in the preparation of your professional resume •   Interview tips and coach you on interview techniques •   Ongoing support once you find a job to ensure you are comfortable in your new work environment We may also be able to provide you with specialist services including, occupational psychologists, occupational therapists, and other services if required to help you find a job that’s right for you.
