Short-term interventions usually last no longer than 13 weeks, and cover the following areas:
The program Is facilitated by a team of dedicated allied health professionals including psychologists, osteopaths, occupational therapists, exercise physiologist, physiotherapists, chiropractors and nurses. What do the programs involve? The programs involve an initial assessment to identify the current situation. Dependent on the type of condition, the program would then involve a set of strategies or activities tailored to the individual’s needs. A post assessment review is undertaken to review progress and identify if any further action is required. Following completion of the program, an exit report is provided to both you as well as the job seeker, providing detail on progress made and future recommendations.
