TCF Detox at Triple Care Farm provides a 10 bed residential drug and alcohol withdrawal program for young people aged between 16-24 years. The detox program is maximum of 28 days and integrates medical support with a psychosocial rehabilitation and brief treatment program. This program also includes six months aftercare support upon program completion.

Helping young people on their recovery journey

Triple Care Farm is a residential rehabilitation program located at our Southern Highlands property that supports young people on their recovery journey to overcome substance misuse, dependency or addiction.

From personalised support to holistic medical care, we empower young people to make positive changes in their life and maintain long-term recovery.

If you are with us in the residential program, there is no requirement to have attended our withdrawl program. We work with you on your path to recovery.

Triple Care Farm withdrawal program: up to 28 days in care

Our withdrawal service provides a safe place for healing, health and wellness. Our goal is to enable young people to make their own choices and take control over their lives. A person can be supported for up to 28 days and will receive medical, holistic support and therapies.

What you can expect:

A personalised discussion about goals and each individuals’ journey to health. This includes:

Individual support
Medical care
Counselling
Bringing together support networks
Recreation and education activities
Nicotine replacement therapy (if required)

What happens after the program?

To support each person’s journey, we remain connected with young people for up to 6 months through our aftercare team, depending on their needs.

Who we assist

Triple Care Farm assists young people aged 16-24 who are seeking support to withdraw from alcohol and other drug use. Young people can be referred from throughout Australia

Eligibility criteria

We assist any young person between the ages 16-24 yrs who have a substance use issue that requires a withdrawal support program as referred by a general practitioner.
