There are a number of ways you can do this. Discuss your options with your solicitor to see which one is right for you. To ensure that the real dollar value of your bequest is not eroded by inflation over time, you can elect to make a residual or percentage bequest. This means that your bequest will grow along with the value of your estate. Because your Will is a legal document, we advise that you speak to a Solicitor about making changes to it. |
