Fundraising Administration Assistant

We are looking for volunteers to join our energetic and fun Donations Department based in our QLD State Office.  Help nurture our donors, the people that make it possible for Mission Australia to continue to operate its community services.

Duties include:

• Internet research on new donations prospects
• Events coordination
• Data entry
• Financial record keeping
• Filing and other administrative duties

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build skills to get back into the workforce, or for a Marketing/Events Management student to gain experience in an exciting Charity Donations environment.

Where:  Mission Australia QLD State Office, Stones Corner, QLD

Essential Criteria:  You must be computer literate in Word and Excel, have excellent verbal communication skills and administrative experience.

Minimum Commitment:  We require a minimum commitment of 1-2 days per week for a period of 3 months.  The hours per week may vary from time to time depending upon workload.
