That means your gift will arrive a little more often, 13 times a year instead of 12, helping us make a bigger impact together, by ensuring ensure your support reaches people in need more consistently throughout the year.
Your debit amount and payment method will remain exactly the same, and there’s no action required from you.
Hidden homelessness can happen to anyone
Hidden Homelessness can happen to anyone, through no fault of their own. Illness, job loss or domestic violence can mean people end up homeless. To survive, they live in cars, garages or other temporary, often insecure accommodation. They are Australia’s unseen homeless.

This small change helps your support reach people in need more consistently throughout the year. It provides a steadier flow of funds, allowing us to better plan and deliver vital programs and services for people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage.
It also creates 13 donation periods instead of 12, allowing your generosity to go even further without changing your individual debit amount.
Your first four-weekly donation will occur on [new debit date]. We’re letting you know more than 30 days in advance so you have plenty of time to review this update.
A regular, reliable flow of donations allows us to provide consistent support and respond quickly when Australians need help most. This helps us build stronger foundations for the future, together.
No. Your donation amount and payment method will remain the same. The only change is that your gift will be processed every four weeks rather than monthly.
No. You’ll still receive one consolidated tax receipt at the end of each financial year showing all your donations.
