About
The service provides free, youth-centred 1:1 support including counselling, care coordination, case management, and access to a specialist Family Caseworker. Participants can access group programs focused on DBT skills, life skills development, harm minimisation, SMART Recovery and peer-led activities. Support with referrals to more intensive AOD treatment, residential rehabilitation, withdrawal management, and detoxification services is also available. The service is funded by Adelaide PHN through the Australian Government PHN Program.
Who we assist
We work alongside young people aged 10 to 25 years who are experiencing challenges related to mild to moderate alcohol and other drug (AOD) use. We provide a safe, non-judgemental space where young people can explore their goals, build on their strengths, and access support tailored to their needs. We also support families, carers, and significant others concerned about a young person's AOD use. In addition, we provide consultation, education, and secondary support to schools, Headspace centres, youth services, community organisations, and other professionals working with young people, helping strengthen their capacity to respond to AOD-related concerns.
