The Child, Youth and Family Support service - Broken Hill works with families with children and youth aged 0-18 years, to provide short-term early intervention services in Broken Hill and Menindee.
Who we assist
Child, Youth and Family Support (CYFS) Service Model targets Families with children aged 0—18 years or expecting a child experiencing low to medium risk issues, that can be addressed by providing appropriately targeted, short term Supports.
Eligibility criteria
Child FS - low to medium risk families with children aged 0 - 12 years. Youth FS - families with children 0-18 years
Referral process
Child FS - families with children aged 0 - 12 years. Youth FS - families with children aged 12 to 18 years.
