About
L Plates to P Plates (L2P) is a community-based learner driver experience program operating in the Shires of Wellington and East Gippsland. L2P supports approximately 60 learners who do not currently have access to a supervising driver to accumulate their 120 hours of supervised driving practice.

Driving learners from Shires of Wellington and East Gippsland
Eligibility criteria
Holder of a Learners' License with no access to supervised driving instruction
