About
Supporting young adults 16 to 25 experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness who are receiving services from the Mater Hospital Young Adult Health Centre in Brisbane. The Housing and Support Link team help young people in their journey to safe and stable housing outcomes and enable connection to community support and services to achieve this goal.
