Mission Australia Inner City Services, supporting males > 18 years in a residential building (Bric Housing CHP).
Also providing mobile support to over 80 residents.
Also providing place based support direct with Department of Housing, Buranda for up to 28 units.
Who we assist
Chronically long term homeless people with complex needs who have been excluded from the existing service system. Males only within the Crisis Accommodation Service property..
Eligibility criteria
Adults (Men) Primary target group are people who are rough sleeping/living in improvised dwellings and people who have experienced chronic homelessness. Secondary target groups are people currently homeless and broader target group are people at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
Referral process
Referrals from Critical Response Team, QHIP users, Health, Other SHS services, Homeless Hot Line - sector etc.
