About
Navig8 provides information and practical support for young people aged 14-25 years, who are currently in, or who have left, care and are transitioning to independent living. Navig8 is available to young people in South West and Great Southern regions.
Who we assist
Young people aged between 14–25yrs who are currently in or have left the Department of Communities - Child Protection and Family Support (DCPFS) care.
Eligibility criteria
Young people aged 14 - 17 years who have been in the care of the Department for Child Protection and Family Support and are preparing to transition to independent living.
Young people aged 18 - 25 years of age who had formally been in the care of the Department for Child Protection.
Referral process
Referrals can be through any organisation or self referral
