About
Reconnect is funded by the Dept. of Social Services (DSS). The community-based program supports young people aged 12 - 18 who at risk of becoming homeless, homeless, or experiencing family conflict, living in or attending school in the Inner City Sydney catchment area. Young people can self-refer, or be referred by anyone with links to the young person including family members; friends; schools; police and youth justice; housing and accommodation services; Centrelink; and other community services.
