Reconnect Southern Early Intervention Service supports young people aged 12 - 18 who are living, working or studying in the City of Onkaparinga council area, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, to stabilise their accommodation, improve family relationships, and re-establish connections with education, work and their community.
Who we assist
We assist young people who are aged 12 - 18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness who live, work or study in Onakaparinga City Council area.
Eligibility criteria
To access Reconnect, you must be 12-18 years living, working or studying in Onkaparinga City Council area and be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Referral process
Young people can self-refer or be referred by anyone who supports them such as friends or family, schools, police and youth justice, housing and accommodation services, Centrelink, and other government or not-for-profit organisations
