Young Families Homelessness & Housing Support service - Blacktown & Hills supports young families (parents 25yrs and younger) who are facing or experiencing homelessness. We support you find or maintain a home, explore transitional accommodation, parenting support and education.
The Grove Western Sydney Youth Service supports young people aged 16-24 find affordable housing, explore transitional accommodation and provide tenancy support and develop skills to live independently.
Both programs support people in Blacktown LGA and The Hills areas. Supports include referral to other services as needed, advocacy to housing providers and real estates.
Who we assist
Young families, including young couples or single parent families. (25years and under)
Young people between the age of 16 and 24.
Eligibility criteria
Young People and young Families from Blacktown and Hills Shire Local Government areas.
Referral process
Self as well as referrals from other organisations.
