The MAC Surry Hills Urban Apartments are short-term affordable housing units for individuals and couples transitioning to stable housing, experiencing housing stress, or travelling prohibitively long distances to work. The Urban Apartments consist of a total of 9 units: 5 studio apartments and 4 one bedroom apartments.
Who we assist
We assist low to middle income earners, both singles and couples working within the Inner City area.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for affordable accommodation you must be working in the Inner City area, income eligible and experiencing housing stress or travel long distances to work.
