The Tailored Support Coordination Service (TSCS) work with tenants, other household members and selected applicants in Southern Tasmania region to develop goal orientated personal support plans and to enable them to access services that provide appropriate supports.

Tenants of MAHT
Eligibility criteria
MAHT tenants in Southern Tasmania with issues/concerns impacting their tenancies
Referral process
All referrals must come via MAHT Housing Officers, be approved by Tenancy Team Leader and presented at Tailored Support Coordination Allocation Committee
