The Tailored Support Coordination Service (TSCS) Youth Aftercare aims to support disadvantaged young people between 18-24 through offering Aftercare support once the young people have moved out of Duke Street and are moving into independent housing options such as private rental or affordable housing, diverting them from a long term dependence on social housing.
