This report was initiated and directed by the Child, Youth and Family Alliance Ipswich and West Moreton (CYFA). It informs the way forward for all levels of government and non-government organisations, as well as community, family, child and youth support networks to promote the health and wellbeing of children and young people within the Ipswich and West Moreton region.

In 2011 Sinclair Consultants Pty Ltd completed a review of the Making Money Count.financial capability program. Action research was chosen as the evaluation approach, as it builds on the project and the program facilitators' knowledge and skills.
