Mission Australia and eight participating GP practices from across the Adelaide metropolitan area are working together to facilitate the Reach and Refer program. The modulated program is specifically designed to support people 50+ with risky or harmful alcohol consumption patterns. It offers counselling and care coordination from AOD Nurses located onsite at the participating clinics. The service is funded by Adelaide PHN and free to participants.
