YouthBeat Alcohol and Other Drug Case Management

Alcohol & other drugs

The Youth Alcohol and Other Drug Case Management program provides long-term outreach-based case management support to young people aged 12-22, and their families, who are at risk of, or affected by, alcohol and/or other drug use. The program, which works with a high proportion of Aboriginal young people, aims to support and reduce alcohol and other drug use issues experienced by young people through early intervention and referrals. Young people are referred to YouthBeat then allocated to a member of the YouthBeat AOD Case Management Team. Referrals for the program include; self- referrals, YARS, schools, Government and Non-Government agencies.
