Who we assist
The Intensive Preservation program supports families with children who are experiencing difficulty in their ability to properly care for their children.
To be eligible for the Intensive Preservation program, families must either have one child under 9 years or be expecting a child. They must also be experiencing one of the following: Domestic Violence, Parental Mental Health, Parental Drug and Alcohol, Intellectual or Learning Disability, Lack of Parenting Skills and/or Inadequate Supervision.
90% of referrals come from Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) and 10% of referrals come from community based organisations.
