The Newcastle Community Development program provides information, referral and advice for vulnerable children and families (0-12 years) and young people (12-18 years) and the broader service system. The program has a particular focus on Aboriginal and culturally and linguistically diverse people requiring support.

Eligibility criteria

Families with children 0-18 years.

Referral process

Self-referral, active referral from other agencies such as supported playgroups. Can also include referral over the phone.
