The Blacktown/Hills Homeless Young Families Support Service is an early intervention and support service for young families who are at risk of, or experiencing homelessness in the Blacktown and Hills Shire LGAs. The service works with families to address issues affecting their ability to sustain tenancies, before homelessness becomes entrenched and provides case management to families experiencing homelessness to support them to find and secure accommodation.

Eligibility criteria

Young People and young Families from Blacktown and Hills Shire Local Government areas.

Self as well as referrals from other organisations.
