Camperdown Support Services (CSS) is managed by Mission Australia and is based onsite at Common Ground Sydney to provide wraparound support services to Common Ground residents. CSS works closely with the housing management team from Mission Australia Housing, and with a range of professional independent, government and voluntary services onsite. CSS critically provides tenants, including 52 people exiting long-term primary homelessness with individual case management and coordination of onsite health, recreational, social and welfare services.

Adults with complex needs that require personalized case management and psychosocial supports.

Eligibility criteria

Adults from the Inner City who are vulnerable or at risk of becoming vulnerable, and have been primary homeless for more than 6 months, with eligibility for social housing.
