The Eastern Murrumbidgee Youth Service supports young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing, or are at risk of, homelessness. the service provides a range of interventions and supports including case management, education and employment guidance, supported crisis and transitional accommodation, housing assistance, information and advice, skills development, supported referral and access to counselling.

Who we assist

Accommodation services provided for 16 and 17 year olds, and outreach support for young people aged 16 years up to 25 years of age.

Eligibility criteria

Homeless - accommodation options for 16 and 17 year old young people.
Outreach - meets the immediate needs of young people aged 16 to 24 years.

Referral process

The service accepts all forms of referrals self, other agencies, families or friends via phone, email or in person.
