We provide high quality social and affordable rental housing to low and moderate-income households. Our place-based approach and tailored support coordination services help tenants to identify goals, develop plans, and connect to education, training, employment and other relevant support services to help them achieve greater levels of independence.

Eligibility criteria

The affordable housing program in Victoria is designed for people on low to moderate incomes. Rent charged is around 75% of market rate. Current eligibility limits for affordable housing are available on the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) website (http://www.fahcsia.gov.au/our-responsibilities/housing-support/programs-services/national-rental-affordability-scheme)
