Supporting Access to the NDIS

Provide NDIS support to clients to gather required evidence to test eligibility to the NDIS. Team of Recovery Coordinators will provide service support, assisted by Occupational Therapist for assessment where required and Clinical Coordinators. There will be a referral and intake process with an active waitlist managed by our exiting intake officer within PSP program.
A team of skilled Access Enablers will help clients gather information to test their eligibility for the NDIS. Access Enablers will be supported by a multidisciplinary team consisting of an Occupational Therapist and Social Workers.
