Litchfield Court has 127 dwellings comprising of one and two bedroom units and townhouses. On-site case workers will assist people experiencing tenancy difficulties to improve their safety, wellbeing and independence. The program will engage and connect with relevant support services to determine pathways to safe and stable long-term accommodation. Personalised and holistic case coordination, through-care and specialist support will be provided to address issues associated with alcohol and other drug use, mental ill health, family support, legal, financial, health care as well as family, domestic and sexual violence. The program will subcontract on-site security to manage, escalate and report disruptive and negative behaviours.

Who we assist

Current tenants of 7, 9, 15 and 25 Progress Drive, Nightcliff. Referrals to the program will be through self-referral and/or case management and support services delivered by Mission Australia as well as tenancy management services delivered by the Territory Families, Housing and Communities and tenancy sustainability service providers
