The HOPARRS team can support families and single adults who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness, helping you to keep your tenancy or support you to find a home.
HOPARRS supports people in the local government areas of Blacktown, Parramatta & Auburn (known as Cumberland district).
HOPARRS provides advice, advocacy and referral for any need a client want support with.

Who we assist

HOPARRS supports people over the age of 21 years and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This includes rough sleepers, people with mental health issues, people leaving custody, and people with a disability. We have a strong focus on Aboriginal people and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Eligibility criteria

Clients aged 21 years or older who are at risk of, or experiencing homelessness within the Parramatta (including the new Cumberland district), Blacktown LGA's and the Hills District.

Referral process

Self referral, referrals from social and community housing providers, real estates, NGO's and internal referrals from Mission Australia services, Centrelink and hospitals.
