The Family and Carer Mental Health Program supports families and carers of people with a mental illness through a comprehensive range of supports and services. The service works with families and carers as well as carers mental health support groups and networks, and other related local agencies and service providers in the NSW North Coast.

Who we assist

Families and carers of people with a mental illness. Carers’ mental health support groups and networks and other related local agencies/non-government organisations and service providers.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for the FCMH Program you need to be a Support person and/or carer of those with a mental illness.

Referral process

Mental health agencies and services recommend our program to families and carers. Referral form and consent are completed and sent to program staff for follow up. Carers can self refer by contacting the service themselves.
