The Casework Support Program works with young people in contact with the Youth Justice system who are assessed as having a medium to high level of offending related risk/need. CSP primarily works with young people on mandated orders in either community or on exit from detention. The program helps young people integrate with their community and address the issues that are contributing to their offending. In doing so, young people can gain the knowledge and skills they need to address their offending behaviour through positive means.

Young people under 18 in the youth justice system

Eligibility criteria

YP are deemed eligible by NSW Department of Juvenile Justice Case Workers and Assistant Managers. Young people typically are on mandated orders (Supervised) and are either in community or exiting custodial settings

Referral process

NSW Department of Juvenile Justice Case Workers generate a referral off their CIMS system and send through to [email protected]
