The Targeted Youth Support Service supports children and young people aged 10-18 in Hobart who are facing multiple challenges whom are at risk of entry or escalation into statutory services such as youth justice or child safety, or homelessness. The service provides holistic intensive case management support to stabilise the young person's situation and avoid further escalation of their circumstances.

Who we assist

Young people 10-18 years with significant/multiple risk factors where it's likely that without intensive support, could result in notification to child safety services or entry into/escalation within the youth justice system.

Eligibility criteria

Young people aged between 10-18 who are experiencing multiple risk factors and are at risk of entering or escalation into statutory services such as youth justice system /child safety services, and or homelessness.

Referral process

Through the State-wide Advice and Referral line.
