Apache Energy is the principal Australian subsidiary of Apache Corporation, one of the world’s largest independent oil and gas exploration and production companies.
As part of their commitment to improving the communities in which they operate, Apache Energy has been supporting Mission Australia’s Family and Friends, Alcohol and other Drugs, Community and Counselling, Education and Empowerment – or FACE – program since 2011.
FACE is an early intervention program that operates in the south-west of Western Australia. It targets young people aged between 10 and 15 living with a main caregiver who misuses drugs and or alcohol.
This program aims to prevent at-risk young people from developing harmful habits by adopting a proactive, collaborative, solution-focused approach.
