home but in fear 2015 thank you

Lauren thought marriage meant taking the rough with the smooth. She’d suffered years of verbal and physical abuse at the hands of her husband, but always blamed herself for his actions. It takes a great deal of courage to leave a domestic violence situation but when Lauren’s children were threatened, she had to do something.

Thanks to supporters like you Mission Australia is able to provide crisis accommodation for families fleeing from abuse and offer them the emotional and practical support they need to get their lives back on track.
