Our impact in 2023
Three years into our 20–25 Strategy, we are proud of the strong progress made. Some highlights include:
- Launch of our second Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan with 85 deliverables underway, including new cultural safety frameworks and partnerships with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations
- Opening two new residential Alcohol and Other Drugs services in Batemans Bay and Cairns Commencement of construction of our first Youth Foyer in Townsville, due for completion in 2024
- Establishment of two new Communities of Focus in Western Australia: Meekatharra and Maddington Progress on our Housing Growth Strategy, including nearly 400 new dwellings at Midtown Macquarie Park and 29 new homes in Tasmania
- Release of our first Homelessness Impact Report, strengthening evidence-based advocacy for prevention and housing investment
- Expansion of our Community Chaplaincy program into Hobart, Cairns South, Coffs Harbour and Maddington
